I care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.

LIANA CILLIERS

I’ve always loved different types of exercise. But since joining the Trampoline Squad, there’s no other exercise that I want to do. I was hooked after the first class. I just wanted to do it more and more.

​

It is the best way to push yourself, regain confidence, be motivated, de-stress, have a blast and be surrounded by the awesome humans of the Trampoline Squad family. And this is exercise!! Who knew it could be this much fun?

​

So, if you’re thinking about it, do it! If you wonder if you’re going to love it, you most probably will. So go book your class and be part of a positive environment full of empowering humans.

ENYA FARLAND

Trampoline Squad came on my path at a time when I needed to do something positive in my life. Something to make me feel better about myself and especially about my body. Gym? No thank you! I've done it for years and always seem to find myself unhappy.

​

I needed something that is fun, energetic and motivating. It took one class of jumping with the best music, high energy levels and positive encouragement.....I was hooked!

​

Suddenly exercising became a habit.

​

If you don't like exercising, I hope to change your mind about exercise. These sessions of jumping will make you feel like a better YOU.

​

Best of all..anyone can join! Remember: A little progress each day ends up in big results. If you're tired...do it tired...NEVER QUIT!

VAUGHNINE BLIGNAUT

Rebounding is LIFE!

 

If I can sum up what rebounding means to me, I can describe it as:

*R* - Reliable. With 3-4 classes a day, there is always a time slot that you can fit into your schedule.

*E* - Empowering. You get to enjoy your workout with an empowering and uplifting group of people.

*B* - Boost! It's such a mental and physical boost!  You always leave better than you came.

*O* - Obsessed! Once the bug bites, you don't want to stop!

*U* - Upbeat. Our classes consist of the most fun and upbeat playlists that are sure to get the endorphins going!

*N* - Non-competitive. Everyone at the trampoline squad is on their own journey and no one is there to judge you. We are all just enjoying our own fitness journeys.

*D* - Different! It is such a different and fun way of exercising. So much so that it doesn't feel like you are getting in a workout, but it feels more like you are out with your friends having a jol!

 

For me, joining the trampoline squad has been one of the best things that I could have done. It has done so much for both my mental and physical health.

QUINTON POSTHUMUS

I’m Quinton Conrad Posthumus, my name is Afrikaans but don’t change it. I’m the English one here. I originally started rebounding with my wife after we got married to do cute couple things . . . and now here I am, training.

 

No regrets. It’s definitely such a unique and exciting way to exercise that gets harder, the harder you work. It’s you against you! Great people, great fun!
