JANI KOTZE

My rebounding journey began in 2019, and I was hooked from the very first bounce. The energy, the rhythm, the freedom—it quickly became my go-to form of exercise. I opened my first studio soon after, and what I loved most about this experience was seeing the profound impact it has on people. Watching others transform and grow stronger, both physically and mentally, has been incredibly rewarding.

Rebounding isn't just about fitness - it's about creating a community where everyone feels welcome and supported. In our classes, the music sets the tone, helping you escape the noise of the world and focus purely on yourself. It's easy to forget you're exercising because you're having so much fun. Whether you're looking to get fitter, relieve stress, or just enjoy movement. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

ENYA FARLAND

Trampoline Squad came on my path at a time when I needed to do something positive in my life. Something to make me feel better about myself and especially about my body. Gym? No thank you! I've done it for years and always seem to find myself unhappy.

I needed something that is fun, energetic and motivating. It took one class of jumping with the best music, high energy levels and positive encouragement.....I was hooked!

Suddenly exercising became a habit.

If you don't like exercising, I hope to change your mind about exercise. These sessions of jumping will make you feel like a better YOU.

Best of all..anyone can join! Remember: A little progress each day ends up in big results. If you're tired...do it tired...NEVER QUIT!

Rebounding is LIFE!

 

If I can sum up what rebounding means to me, I can describe it as:

*R* - Reliable. With 3-4 classes a day, there is always a time slot that you can fit into your schedule.

*E* - Empowering. You get to enjoy your workout with an empowering and uplifting group of people.

*B* - Boost! It's such a mental and physical boost!  You always leave better than you came.

*O* - Obsessed! Once the bug bites, you don't want to stop!

*U* - Upbeat. Our classes consist of the most fun and upbeat playlists that are sure to get the endorphins going!

*N* - Non-competitive. Everyone at the trampoline squad is on their own journey and no one is there to judge you. We are all just enjoying our own fitness journeys.

*D* - Different! It is such a different and fun way of exercising. So much so that it doesn't feel like you are getting in a workout, but it feels more like you are out with your friends having a jol!

 

For me, joining the trampoline squad has been one of the best things that I could have done. It has done so much for both my mental and physical health.

QUINTON POSTHUMUS

I’m Quinton Conrad Posthumus, my name is Afrikaans but don’t change it. I’m the English one here. I originally started rebounding with my wife after we got married to do cute couple things . . . and now here I am, training.

 

No regrets. It’s definitely such a unique and exciting way to exercise that gets harder, the harder you work. It’s you against you! Great people, great fun!

Our bodies are capable of anything! It's our minds we have to convince!!

 

I started my fitness journey at Trampoline Squad in 2023 and it has changed my LIFE!

I have struggled with exercising for a long time and never felt comfortable doing it. But since joining Trampoline Squad, I have never felt BETER!! It is a 3-in-1 package! I get to exercise while having fun and making dear friends! 

 

I wish to inspire and motivate our clients, so that one day they will look at me and say, "Because of you, I didn't give up!"

My name is Nadia Meiring, and I'm a 44-year-old trainer at Trampoline Squad. Since joining the squad in August 2022, I've had an incredible journey, learning valuable lessons about discipline, consistency, hard work, and endurance. At Trampoline Squad, we don't just work hard and achieve results - we also build lasting friendships in a safe, supportive environment. I feel privileged to be part of this amazing family!"

Rebounding can hold different meanings depending on one’s perspective and experiences. For many, it symbolizes freedom, joy, and a sense of weightlessness that momentarily allows you to escape the constraints of daily life. It can be a playful act of reconnecting with the carefree spirit of childhood, a form of physical exercise that strengthens the body and invigorates the mind, or even a metaphor for resilience—bouncing back from challenges with energy and determination. For me, it was the latter. It became a metaphor for resilience, reminding me of my ability to rise again.

The Trampoline Squad became my home away from home—a place where I could let go of everything and just focus on moving forward. Every single person I’ve met along the way has added so much value to my life, shaping me into the person that I am today. Rebounding isn’t just about bouncing; it’s about growth, connection, and finding the strength to keep going.
