I still remember the first time I walked into a jumping class, which was Trampoline Squad Moreleta Park at Pretoria. I didn’t know what to expect, just that I needed something new—something that would energise me both physically and mentally. From the moment the music started and my feet hit the trampoline, I was hooked.
Jumping was unlike anything I’d ever tried. It was challenging, yes, but also fun. It was playful, freeing, and surprisingly empowering. I couldn’t believe how such a low-impact workout could yield such high-impact results—not just in strength and endurance, but in joy as well.
Class after class, I felt my confidence grow. I felt stronger, lighter, and more alive. It wasn’t just fitness—it was therapy, release, and community all in one.
That’s when I knew this was more than a workout. Jumping had become a passion, and I wanted to share that feeling with others. That’s why I opened Trampoline Squad Somerset West to create a space where people can move, sweat, laugh, and reconnect with themselves, just like I did.
Whether you’re a beginner or a jumping addict, like me, you’re welcome here. Let’s jump!

My wife made me join, and now I don’t want to leave. The music, the energy, the intensity—it all quickly became the best part of my day. It's not just a workout; it’s my stress relief and calorie-torching therapy.

I started jumping almost two years ago, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! What began as a fun way to stay active transformed into a real passion when I joined Trampoline Squad Somerset West. The energy, the music, and the supportive community completely drew me in and made every session something I genuinely looked forward to. I love how each session feels like a party, yet is such an effective workout that burns a ton of calories in just 45 minutes. Now, as a newly qualified trainer, I’m beyond excited to share that same energy, passion, and motivation with others — helping them discover how uplifting and empowering rebounding can be, both physically and mentally.
See you on the trampolines!
